What to expect
- Response time. Most emails get a reply within 1–3 business days. Trust & safety reports are prioritized.
- Account deletion. You can delete your account from inside the app (Settings → Delete account). Email us only if that path isn't working.
- Reporting users or content. Use the in-app report flow first — it gives our moderators the context they need. Email is a backstop, not the primary path.
- Bug reports. Include your device (iOS or Android + version), the app version, and a screenshot or screen-recording if you can.
